GMS Athletics Fundraiser

2009 – 2010 School Year

We have developed a Spirit T-Shirt for the 2009-10 school year that will have 3 tiers of sponsorships on the back of the t-shirt. There will be $200, $100 & $50 sponsorships. We will be selling the t-shirts for $30.00 starting at the end of July. These t-shirts will take the place of all-sports passes and will get you into any home GMS athletic event that is not a Mid-State Conference or Johnson County tournament game. You need to wear the t-shirt or have it with you to get into the game.

For Families: To help out families, if two adults buy t-shirts for $30.00, we will sell extra t-shirts to school-age children for $10.00 each in that same family.

For Athletes: Since we have given sports passes to our GMS athletes for our games each year, we will sell shirts to any athlete on our GMS teams for $10.00. They will be identified as “Athletes” on the t-shirt.

We feel that this will be a much better alternative to having our students go door to door to sell catalog fundraiser items and will boost Greenwood spirit in the stands for our games. We truly hope that you will support this effort and buy a t-shirt. We hope to make this a yearly event if it is well supported. We will be selling the t-shirts in the athletic office, at schedule pick-ups, back to school night, and athletic games. We may ask our athletes to promote the selling of t-shirts.

We have been getting several sponsorships secured for the back of the shirts, but will still accept sponsorships through the second week of May. If interested in being a sponsor, please contact us at the GMS athletic office at 889-4052.
