Its never too early to start thinking about college and your future career. The guidance department recommends these sites, provided by the Indiana Department of Education, to begin that conversation with your student!

* https://www.driveofyourlife.org : This site includes an interest/skill assessment, and then guides you through career choices that may be interesting to you. 8th graders spend several days on this site for career education.

* http://www.triptocollege.org : This is the companion site to driveofyourlife. It covers alot of the planning that goes into choosing a college. TRIP is an acronym. T stands for "Timeline", R stands for "Real Answers", I stands for Indiana College Search, and P stands for "Paying for College".

Non Personalized yearbooks can now be ordered online until the end of March.  It is a cost of 25.00 plus a 2.00 service fee.  The website is yearbooksforever.com.  Once at the site, you type in the name of the school and move forward as prompted.    Personalized yearbooks will need to be ordered by turning your order and into the school and can ONLY be ordered during the month of November and January.  More information about those sales will be dispersed through Language Arts teachers at the start of those months. If a parent would like to avoid the service fee they may also order non-personalized copies during the month of November and January, when traditional in school yearbook sales will be offered.
